Returns and refunds

We aim to provide every customer with a safe and convenient shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can apply for a return or refund according to the following policy:

Customers can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Requests submitted after the return period may not be accepted.

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

The goods are in normal working condition.

No obvious human-caused damage.

Accessories and packaging are as intact as possible.

The goods do not affect resale.

If there are quality issues with the goods, please contact customer service immediately.

  1. Refund Processing 💳

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will review the refund application.

Once approved, the refund will usually be returned to your original payment account within 3 days.

The arrival time may vary slightly depending on the payment institution.

  1. Non-Returnable Items ⚠️

Returns may not be processed in the following situations:

Items damaged by the customer

Items returned after the return period has expired

Items missing major parts or accessories

Items marked as non-returnable during clearance sales
